Emma graduated from Edith Cowan University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Occupational Therapy and later completed a Graduate Certificate in Clinical Rehabilitation through Flinders University.

With over 15 years of experience working across the disability and not-for-profit sectors, Emma is passionate about empowering people to maximise their independence, achieve their goals, and improve their overall quality of life. Throughout her career, she has held a range of clinical leadership positions, including Advanced Clinician (Occupational Therapist) and Team Leader, before establishing Keen Allied Health in 2022. Her vision was to create a service that provides personalised, high-quality occupational therapy tailored to each individual's unique needs.

Emma has worked within the NDIS since its rollout and has extensive experience supporting participants of all ages with a wide variety of disabilities. She has a particular interest in spinal cord injuries, neurological conditions, and complex disability, with advanced clinical skills in upper limb rehabilitation, cognitive rehabilitation, functional capacity assessments, and assistive technology prescription.

Outside of work, Emma is a proud mum to two children and enjoys spending time with her family. She is also an avid hockey player and loves being involved in the local sporting community.
